Enjoy this wine with pan fried snapper and a lemon and caper sauce

After eight months in barrel the wine was decanted into stainless steel tanks where it stayed for four months before it was bottled without filtration

Although this is the first release of this label

This has a very old-world flavour profile (slightly reminiscent of top-shelf Speyside) and the alcohol sits in excellent balance with the complexity of the spirit

The blend is one-third from each of these sources

Calabretta Carricante IGT 2021 Size::6 Bottle Case Enjoy this wine with panTASTING NOTES At sight it is straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections. The nose is fruity, also characterized by pleasant vegetal and stony aromas. When tasted it is full bodied, lively, characterized by an excellent balance between acidity and minerality. PAIRING Throughout the meal, it pairs beautifully with rich fish dishes, particularly grilled or baked.
